The PE Loft building in Downtown Los Angeles is rich in history. Dating back to 1905, LA's first skyscraper has served as a streetcar terminal, offices, a parking garage and now, 110 years later, luxury apartments.

When it came time to revamp the old concrete pool deck and common area for the building's residents, they knew that relaying the concrete wasn't an option. They needed a warm an inviting material that will stand the test of time, so they chose the 24" x24" Ipe Deck Tiles to improve the space. It took them just 3 days from start to finish to install the deck tiles over 2500 square feet.

In the end, the contractor has a project he can be proud of, and the residents of the PE Loft Apartments have a gorgeous outdoor space to enjoy for many years.
