We’ve grown at an amazing rate. We recently bought a 145,000 sq. ft. mill in Brazil, retooling and expanding it to produce decking, flooring, and kiln-dried rough lumber from various South American species. We also opened a mill in our Florida headquarters, and are redoubling our efforts in several major projects.

Our Sarasota, Florida facility covers 8 acres and operates two bandsaw mills. The larger bandsaw is capable of cutting logs up to 67" in diameter. This location’s specialty is producing a wide variety of live-edge slabs, specialty figured crotch slabs, and square-edge lumber. We cut all the familiar woods here, as well as rare and obscure species such as Indian Rosewood, Monkey Pod, and Australian Bottlebrush. We deal with over 100 species on a regular basis, and welcome hard-to-find or custom-cut inquiries. Our inventory includes a crazy amount of Brazilian decking, turning stock, slabs, and more. The production facility contains vacuum kilns, dehumidification kilns, a 53" planer/sander, CNC molders, and anything else we might need to meet your needs.

We produce a wide variety of products at our North Carolina facility.

In North Carolina, we stock a huge inventory of Brazilian hardwood decking, flooring, and lumber. We’ve got all the cool toys we need to produce a wide selection of custom products for our customers. Our radio frequency gluing machines clamp, dry, and cure edge-glued panels in a less than a minute. UV curing machines apply non-VOC finishes to custom flooring. Our CNC Weinig molders create all kinds of molding, flooring, and decking profiles. And that only scratches the surface of our capabilities.

In the world of hardwood decking, many companies falsely claim to own a mill, import direct, or have super-secret access via their third cousin’s neighbor that lives in South America. The truth is they all buy from the same small group of brokers, which unjustly adds to the cost and jeopardizes the legitimacy of their claims of responsible forestry and Lacey Act compliance.

But we actually do own one of the largest facilities in Brazil, and directly employ over 100 staff in Brazil to ensure the production of the best South American lumber products. This facility contains brand-new dry kilns, 8-head Weinig molders, and resaws. We’ve got a decking production line, a flooring line, and a deck tile line. Our Brazilian mill can easily source the Ipe we’re known for, as well as a variety of other beautiful South American species like Tigerwood and Cumaru.

Just outside of Los Angeles, in Santa Fe Springs, CA, lies our West Coast mill. It’s a fully stocked, 45,000 sq. ft. facility with a focus on exotic hardwood decking and deck tiles. You’ll also find some live-edge slabs and turning stock hiding in the corners. These new items are set at great prices, and the inventory will continue to grow as demand increases. Full customization is available with our state-of-the-art CNC Weinig molders, planers, and ripsaws.

Our 60,000 sq. ft. Buffalo, NY facility carries a great array of domestic and exotic hardwoods. The warehouse is complemented by a full line of molders, planers, ripsaws, and many more fun tools. Our Brazilian decking inventory here is astonishing. We aren’t shy about being inventory-heavy to make sure you have just-in-time options for important projects. Company-wide, our hardwood inventory exceeds 5 million board feet with another million in transit at all times.

We have a whole tool chest of options at our disposal when it comes to drying wood. Two dehumidification kilns, two state-of-the-art vacuum kilns, and 11 conventional steam kilns make for a total drying capacity of over 600,000 bd. ft. The dehumidification and vacuum kilns are reserved for higher-end species or hard-to-dry woods. Our vacuum kilns are especially great for producing flat, consistently dry wood with great color and figure.
